A design overhaul which provided a streamlined and empowering booking system that accommodated the user and their scheduling needs.

The Problem


Aroma Zen’s previous website provided a rigid service that lacked detailed information which resulted in reduced user confidence and conversion. We were tasked to provide an updated user flow with a brand redesign that would not only encourage the user but also bring them closer to the brand, culture and people behind Aroma Zen.

The Strategy


To accomodate for user needs and pain points, we provided detailed bio sections for each therapist as their was a desire from users to learn more about who was behind the service. We then updated the booking system so customers could directly book from each therapist page, which inherently reduced barriers to entry and increased conversion rates.

A Vibrant Redesign

Aroma Zen’s previous design was minimal and clean so it lacked the vibrancy of it’s product, culture and staff. Drawing inspiration from and Australian artist, we created a bespoke design full of warmth and flora to accentuate the peace, balance and harmony of Aroma Zen. Every component was redesigned and reimagined to live within the new website and its updated services. With this we created a brand book so Aroma Zen had guidance with any further changes in the future.
