Strategy Kits


With the introduction of a membership platform, users can access legal document on a subscription basis. Strategy Kits is a simple to use and easy to understand online service with three subscription levels.

The Problem

Strategy Kits had a low conversion rate of sign ups and needed to re-evaluate how they were capturing their new leads overall. It was found that users committed to the customer journey up until checkout. The key here was to understand why users weren’t committing and how user confidence in the business and its services could be improved.


Including the landing page, packgage options, checkout along with three membership level it was important to keep the system streamlined. After defining the scope our team carefully planned the userflow and structure along with the CMS (content management system) that contains the subscription content.

Simple and Effective

The result: an intuitive landing page and signup process effective on moblie and desktop. Speedy induction into the members area taking less than 1 minute from initiating the checkout to accessing the content. Content updates set up to be managed by our client’s team in-house with simple guides to update and add new content.
